SOMATIC MEN'S GROUP
This group will be a space where we work to create safety and openness with each other. We will each have time to share anything that we wish. Life struggles, stuckness, past hurts, future stress etc. This will also give us the opportunity to learn to listen openly and with compassion. Finally, I will be weaving in practices/experiences of mindfulness and somatic exploration into the group to aid us in dropping into our bodies and emotions.
This group will meet on the last Tuesday of every month from 5:30-7:00pm PST over Zoom.
The cost will be $25 per session with a sliding scale available.
This group will be drop-in so folks are not committed to joining for every session. Although consistency and continuity help to deepen and strengthen the group so it is highly encouraged.

Vulnerability, Connection and Openness with Somatic Awareness
This workshop will be offered next at Southwest LovesFest 2024 live in Tucson, AZ. SWLF is an annual conference on Relationships, Identity, Community & Non Monogamy.
